We’re getting hitched!
We will be taking a summer off to get married. We love farming, but we feel a draw towards our other big love: adventure! We will be getting married on the farm and then whisking off on a Lake Superior sea kayak trip. We appreciate all of your support. Stay tuned for 2024 updates.

our mission
At Corbett Creek our mission is to make a good life for ourselves and our community by ensuring a good life for our land and animals.
We are dedicated to producing high quality products and promoting agricultural biodiversity by working with breeds and varieties that are appropriate for our northern environment.
Corbett Creek Farm & Creative Centre is owned and operated by Jonathan Hollway and Aly Wood. We are devoted to supplying our community with locally grown food, a space to gather, and a setting to learn, share and grow together.
Our main passion is for raising heritage breed pigs and grass-fed beef on pasture.
Our pigs are fed a diet of an all-you-can-eat salad bar from our rotating pastures paired with grains from the local feed mill . This balanced diet provides beautiful marbling and noticeable flavour in our meat.
We are constantly working to improve our land and focus on rotational grazing practices. This has allowed our pastures to regenerate faster and our animals to always have access to luscious grass. Grass-fed beef has purer concentrations of nutrients, antioxidants and healthy fats.

Grass-fed Beef by the quarter, side or whole animal
We are offering beef from an Angus based herd by the split side, side or whole animal. This breed was selected for their ability to perform and marble well on a 100% grass diet. Corbett Creek cattle are on natural pasture at all times, with access to shelter whenever it is needed. The cattle spend most of their time in the semi-forested area of the farm, content to browse and stay cool in the summer months.

Pastured Pork by the side or whole animal
We are offering heritage breed pigs by the side or whole animal. This cross combines the great qualities of two well established, heritage breeds resulting in well marbled, delicious pork. They are fed a diet of whey from Thunder Oak Cheese Farm, grains from the local feed mill and an all-you-can-eat salad bar from our rotating pastures.

Seasonal Holiday Boxes
Each Christmas we release a local holiday box. We partner with local artisians, makers, and bakers to offer you boxes filled with goodness for your bellies, homes and hearts. Our boxes have the best meat, and the best goodies. Our boxes are local, sustainable and beautiful. Our boxes have bacon.
Our 2023 Holiday box will be available in November, 2023.
